what they are

Our chakras are spinning disks of energy that are aligned along our Shushumna nadi (our main energy channel). They begin at the base of the spine and extend up to the top of our head.Each of these disks is associated with different characteristics,organs, development, and colors.

how they work

The chakras in our energetic system act as concentrated energy passages. If a chakra is blocked then energy cannot pass through it to extend throughout the body. It is important to maintain your chakras aligned & open so that life energy can flow freely throughout your body.

opening & aligning

One can consciously work to open & align their chakras through a variety of practices. You can use meditation, yoga, journaling, diet modifications, affirmations, intention-setting, & more to work with specific chakras or your chakra system as a whole.
